1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Myera Collections ("the Website," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Website or services.

2. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Website after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.

3. Products and Services

Myera Collections offers ladies' dress materials, ready-made garments, and related products. Product availability, descriptions, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We strive to display accurate product images and information, but variations may occur due to screen settings or natural variations in fabric.

All transactions are subject to our [Link to Payment/Shipping Policy if you have one] and [Link to Return/Refund Policy if you have one].

4. Ordering and Payments

• When you place an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete. Prices are as listed on the Website at the time of purchase and are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
• To order a dress material, please share a picture of the dress material, your complete address, and a payment screenshot.
• We do not accept COD (Cash On Delivery).
• When sharing payment screenshots, the Transaction number / UTR / Reference Number should be visible and clear. Without it, payment will not be considered. Screenshots of bank messages will not be considered for payment proof.
• Once payment is done, you cannot cancel the order or change any piece.
• If you have an urgent order, please inform us about it before payment. Your order will not get any priority if you inform about urgency after the payment.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing, or issues with payment.

5. Delivery and Parcel Inspection

• On receipt of the parcel, if the parcel looks damaged in transit, do not accept it. It will be returned to us, and we will dispatch a fresh parcel. If you accept a damaged parcel and if there is any piece short as per order, we will not be responsible.
• On the receipt of a parcel, please make a parcel opening video. No complaint will be entertained without the video. (If you need help in making the video, just let us know).
• The video should show the parcel from all sides, confirming that the parcel has not been opened before. If it is found that the parcel was open before starting the video, it will not be acceptable for any complaint.
• The video should clearly show the name & tracking sticker.
• In the video, you should take out the material & check it.
• The video should be uncut.
• Average Delivery Time of Parcel is:
  • Mumbai: 3 to 4 days
  • Rest of Maharashtra: 4 to 6 days
  • All India: 7 to 10 days
  • North East India: 12 to 15 days

6. Fraud Prevention and Tracking

• We do not ask for any OTP. Do not share any OTP with anyone.
• We do not share any payment links. Do not click on any unknown link.
• We share tracking numbers only when asked by the customer. If you do not know how to track, do not track. Many customers do not know how to track, they go to fraud websites, put all their details there like Bank Details, OTP, etc., and invite fraud themselves. In any such case, we will not be responsible for any loss.

7. Product Color and Representation

The color tones of posted photographs can never be 100% precise due to variations in screen settings and lighting. We strive to display accurate product images and information, but slight variations may occur.

8. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns only in case of a defect. A parcel opening video is compulsory for any return claim (please refer to points 5, 6, 7, 8 & 9 under "Delivery and Parcel Inspection"). No return will be accepted for personal satisfaction or color shade difference.

9. Batik Material Specific Terms

If you are ordering Batik material, please check some additional points below:

• Each piece is handcrafted individually, making imperfections a part of its beauty.
• Due to its handmade nature, no two pieces will have the exact same color.
• How is Batik Made?
  • Hot wax is stamped onto plain white fabric using handcrafted blocks.
  • The fabric is then dyed in a specific color.
  • It is dried naturally in open air.
  • Finally, the wax is removed.
• What to Expect? Since Batik is made using a traditional process, customers may notice:
  • Residual wax on the fabric.
  • Wrinkles due to the cleaning process (sometimes mistaken for an "old" look).
  • Slight variations in color compared to photos.
  • The use of thick fabric, as thinner fabrics do not hold wax well.
• Batik Material is dispatched by India Post Only.

Important Notice:

Batik materials are non-returnable for concerns related to:

• Colour variation.
• Fabric thickness.
• Perceived old appearance.
• Wax residue.

10. User Conduct

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the Website. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to, using the Website to transmit any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or obscene material.

11. Privacy Policy

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thane, Maharashtra.
